DIRECTIONS From the North:

• 880 South (towards Oakland Airport)
• EXIT at 23rd Avenue
• Continue straight onto Kennedy Street
• Kennedy Street jogs around the concrete works
• STAY IN THE RIGHT LANE
• Bear to the RIGHT at junction with 23rd Ave. and 29th Ave.
• Go over the green Park Street Bridge
• Turn RIGHT on Clement Ave. (second stoplight)
• Continue on Clement Ave.
• At Chestnut Street turn RIGHT into GATE 6 of the Alameda Marina
• Drive straight into the Marina and park by the water (Building 10 will be on your left).

DIRECTIONS From the South:

• 880 North (towards Downtown Oakland)
• EXIT at 23rd Avenue
• Continue on 23rd Ave. and MERGE TO LEFT
• At intersection with E 11th Street COMPLETE U-TURN
• Continue on 23rd Ave. and cross over 880
• At intersection with Ford St. and Kennedy St. CONTINUE STRAIGHT onto green Park Street Bridge
• Go over the Park Street Bridge
• Turn RIGHT on Clement Ave. (second stoplight)
• Continue on Clement Ave.
• At Chestnut street turn RIGHT into GATE 6 of the Alameda Marina
• Drive straight into the Marina and park by the water (Building 10 will be on your left)
